Food Session with Credible Edibles

May 18, 2011

Credible Edibles in Wellington Village is one of those places which falls under ‘best kept secrets’ category, but for the life of me I can’t imagine why its still a secret.. Amazing food, locally sourced, sustainable and creative (when I was there they were offering Fiddle Head Soup, with the main ingredient hand picked just blocks away. How fantastic is that?!)

The cafe is the life love of Judi Varga-Toth (her spouse and children excepted!) and brims with colour and taste. Not only do they hand make wonderful soups, salads, sandwiches and baking right before you in their open kitchen, but they happily cater to a vegan, vegetarian, reduced sugar/salt and gluten free diet without batting an eyelid, and with no sacrifice to quality and taste.

It was so much fun photographing the food, and the process behind the food – boy do this team work hard. I’m so pleased that my images will be up on their web site some time in the near future, so check back often.

So stop by – and let them know I sent you. In fact, let lots of people know. The secret should be out!
